Principals  

Nimble Solutions, LLC was formed in April, 1998 by Bob and Elaine Visner.  We are located in the idyllic town of Chagrin Falls in beautiful Northeast Ohio.  

Our extensive track record of successful software design and implementation will be brought to bear on your applications.  We are small, but potent.  You will not be just a number with us! 

  
Bob Visner, President  
 
Bob Visner has a wealth of experience in computer software and industrial process automation, including:
  • software architecture and design
  • software development using modern object-oriented programming languages
  • computer systems analysis
  • project management
  • sales and marketing
  • business management
He has managed engineering departments for Bailey Controls Company in Wickliffe, Ohio (now ABB Process Automation, N.A.), a world-wide supplier of process automation systems and solutions.  His last position was Systems Development Engineering Manager responsible for Network 90/Infi 90 Distributed Control System (DCS) and Operator Console hardware and software development. 
He has also been a Principal for two successful engineering startups.  Bob holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College.

 
Elaine Visner, Senior Software Engineer  
 
Elaine Visner has broad experience in computer software and industrial process automation, including:
  • complex software architecture and design
  • software development using modern object-oriented programming languages
  • relational database design and access 
  • rich client and web-based applications 
  • computer peripheral driver development and validation
  • legacy business system wrapping
  • real-time control system and plant historian interfacing
She holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
